Description
Landlord/Agent/Homeowner/Occupier Safety Record for Solid Fuel Appliances may be used as part of ongoing service & maintance agreements. This pad of 50 certificates is for safety purposes only and contains a range of appliance and inspection details to record, including:
- Smoke Pressure Test
- Flue Draught Reading
- Defects and Remedial actions
The pad contains triplicate NCR certificates which can be provided to the tenant and landlord along with a copy for your own records.
These landlord safety records are not compulsory or a legal requirement and should not be used as a replacement for trade association sweeping certificates.
